Polypropylene Boxes

Polypropylene is a versatile material that is cut and creased to shape and is ideal for boxes. They are light weight, functional and very secure. Typically A4, A5 or business card size but can be made to any size.

We have stock tooling for polyboxes:

A4 polyboxes:  8mm, 15mm, 25mm and 40mm
A5 polyboxes: 8mm, 15mm and 25mm

The spine is 5mm wider than the capacity detailed above so that the polybox will take the stated width of paper. The boxes have tab-locks to fasten the sides and an envelope shaped flap with tab-lock.

The boxes are quoted delivered flat packed for easy shipping and convenient storage. We can quote for assembly if required.

Handles can be applied to boxes, they can be made from polypropylene strips or moulded plastic. They are supplied loose for reasons of packing and transportation. We supply all the components for a simple push fit assembly.

Should handles be applied please check the contents are not too heavy for the tab-lock fastening or the box will not stay fastened, locks and catches may need to be applied to secure the box opening. We supply all the components for a simple assembly.

Polyboxes can be personalised by screen printing, foil blocking or litho printing.

Cutter tools are reasonably priced for your specific size or style.
